Sensitivity Analysis of SEIRS Model with Quarantine on the Spread of Covid-19

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, various mathematical models have been developed to describe its spread using compartment model. The purpose of this research was construct a new model Covid-19. This formulated is an application SEIRS epidemic by Zhang & Teng (2007) and modification Chatterjee et al. (2020) adding variations quarantine. analyzed determining disease-free fixed point basic reproduction number 〖(R〗_0) through next generation matrix method. step analyze sensitivity find out parameters that most influence on disease will not in population if value R_0<1, while R_0>1. result analysis stated can be controlled significant effect, respectively, are transmission rate from symptomatic infected individuals (β_2 ),transmission rates asymptomatic (β_1 ), quarantine for (θ_3), (θ_2). Parameters β_2 β_1 negative index, θ_3 θ_2 index. It means decreasing increasing decrease Therefore there outbreak long term.
